Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology from Tennessee Tech University. She has over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field in areas such as school systems and outpatient therapy. She works primarily with adolescents and adults, but has experience with all ages. Christine provides sessions in person at our Freehold location and virtually throughout New Jersey and Tennessee with a secure telehealth portal. “As a counselor, I focus on solution based and non-judgmental cognitive therapy. I believe understanding a problem is not the end of the work, but it helps. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, doubt, guilt, grief, or all of the above, I believe I can help you.” Christine has an approach that is relaxed and welcoming. She holds a strong belief that therapy should be stress free and guided by the client and what they share in session. Her personality is very outgoing and open. You will instantly feel her sincerity and passion upon meeting her. She specializes in school issues, family conflict, and anxiety/depression, but is qualified in areas including, but not limited to behavioral and relationship issues, career counseling, self-esteem, spirituality, domestic abuse, trauma, and grief.
