Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Missouri. I have over 16 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, life coach, hypnotherapist, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist, Spiritual Director and inner child work. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and addictions. In addition to my formal education, I have over a decade in study and practice with meditation, mindfulness and spiritual direction.

My counseling style is non-judgmental and accepting. One of my greatest gifts to you as a therapist is deep listening. I promise you will feel safe and comfortable to explore the issues and concerns that you are currently facing. My counseling approach combines many modalities which include: Transpersonal and Humanistic theories with Inner Child work, Mindfulness/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming, Internal Family Systems and Hypnosis . I like to ask lots of questions as I am always pointing you back to yourself and what will inspire growth and awareness from within. Because your situation is unique to you, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs . I am here to listen to you and your story; to support you through whatever it is that you are going through right now. You are not alone.
