I am licensed in California & South Carolina with 12 years of professional work experience. I believe all parts of the self play an important role in your ability to be at your highest level of functioning. Responsibility and self-awareness are key in identifying unconscious patterns, thoughts and beliefs that may be inhibiting your ability to live your life to the fullest potential. Stress, unresolved trauma, family and/or relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and burnout can severely diminish your quality of life. Therapy can provide you with a fresh opportunity, time and space to process unresolved issues so that you can live a high functioning and fulfilling life. As an integrative therapist, I take an active approach in supporting & empowering clients- with a variety of tools that are tailored to fit your specific needs. I am certified in art therapy, yoga, Ayurveda, nutrition, meditation and breath-work. As a client, you deserve to be supported through an authentic, realistic and collaborative approach.
