While we are given instruction on how to drive, how to work, etc., we are rarely given an education on how to cope with the stressors of our daily lives. Through understanding, validation, and support, I help my clients achieve their full potential. By nurturing insight and providing consistent support, my clients have the opportunity to work at their own pace and deal with issues that they feel are preventing them from moving forward. In my practice, I try to provide both emotional support and tools that can be used beyond the therapy session.
