I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, based near Dallas, Texas. I have over a decade of experience in the field of counseling. I have experience with and am equipped to counsel a wide variety of populations, including those who are dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parent-child conflict, marital issues, anger outbursts, and other maladaptive behaviors.

My clinical approach to counseling is based in cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on changing unhealthy thoughts and behaviors to bring about positive life change. My counseling approach may vary depending on each client’s individual needs.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
