Hello! I am glad to see you here and grateful that you are making this step.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and over 7 years of experience doing individual counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions,grief and loss, and trauma.

I am an Adlerian theorist, believing that the relationships that you have had over your lifetime have led you to being the person you are today. I utilize traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, relationship and conflict resolution, mindfulness techniques, and dialectical behavior techniques in my work with my clients. I believe the best technique is the one that works for you.

I am client centered, believing you are the best person to determine the direction of your therapy. My goals in therapy are to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the challenges you are facing, and to work towards growth by building on the strengths you already possess.
