About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based near the St. Louis, Missouri area. Over the past 12 years, I have had a wide array of experience working with and in the homes of families to help them overcome parenting issues, depression, anxiety, lack of resources, trauma, and relationship issues. I have also provided direct behavioral health counseling for teens, adults, and couples.


I approach the therapeutic relationship with an open mind and respect for all cultures and walks of life. I enjoy learning from and about my clients as much as I aspire to help them with their needs. The client knows themselves, their needs, and their abilities the best; sometimes they just need some help and support to bring it to the forefront. I will always approach you with empathy, respect, and curiosity to understand.


My therapy style and approach draws from a number of therapy models, including but not limited to: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapies. For you to have the best possible outcome, I will ensure to meet you where you are and provide you with what will be most beneficial at that time as we move through together to meet your goals. Whether you are working to gather insight, symptom relief, or improve function and self-love, my hope is to work collaboratively together to achieve it!
