About

I am a licensed counselor with over 8 years of professional counseling experience. The majority of my experience are with clients who have experienced difficulty with a new transition (military, college, marriage, divorce) in life. I have worked with veterans, service members and their families since 2005. My experience includes those who have experienced trauma in the past, depression/anxiety and a host of other topics. Early in my career I knew that I had a passion and talent for working with people and helping those who were ready to take the next step. I believe in a warm and collaborative environment where the client and counselor create a plan for improvement and put that plan in motion through goal setting and action.

My favorite part of my job is seeing improvement and empowerment on the part of the client. Thank you for taking this big step and I look forward to meeting you!
