I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Texas with over 30 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction and living with a loved one who experiences these difficulties. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My client's tell me I am warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion--"there but by the grace of God go I". My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, DBT and family systems counseling. I always include you and tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
