I have experience walking people through a variety of life's stages and leading them to a place where they can breathe again. I utilize an eclectic approach, tailoring a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and a person-centered approach to help you figure out how to face whatever challenges you may be facing. Therapy can be challenging and taking the first step towards change can be frightening.
