I am licensed in Texas with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Through my education and experience, I have learned that people are truly doing the best they can at all times. Life can be so difficult, and we as humans are tasked with the complex job of navigating those difficulties. I utilize a multi-dimensional, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach to help clients understand themselves, others, and their place in the world. However, when working with anyone, my goal is to give you tools, skills, and support to help you navigate the world outside of therapy. You deserve to feel safe, seen, heard, and understood.
