Hi! I'm an LPC in Texas and I have been helping clients for over 15 years. My education, professional training was gained in the United Kingdom. Within the United States I am licensed as a Professional Counselor. My education includes a practitioner psychologist degree at doctorate level from London Metropolitan University. I am member of Houston Eating Disorder Specialists (HEDS) and of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and I serve the community with the Prison Yoga Project - Houston chapter.
