About

I am a marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist licensed in Texas with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients dealing with sexual and intimacy issues including, but not limited to desire discrepancy, erectile dysfunction, pain disorders and sexual trauma. I also work with clients struggling with managing anxiety and depressive symptoms and episodes; relationship and family dynamics; stress management; and life changes.

My counseling style is nonjudgemental and open. I use a direct, yet empathetic approach to meet my client's needs where they are at. I help clients look for solutions to their issues and utilize psychoeducation as a means to helping clients understand their brain and body and why it might be reacting the way that it is to certain scenarios and triggers.

Problems can often be exhausting and frustrating. There are usually multiple situations that contribute to these frustrations. However, many of these concerns can be improved upon by carefully examining the situation in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I can help to increase communication and work towards mutually satisfying solutions.
