So, who am I?

I am an African-American CIS gender woman, licensed clinical social worker, and integrative psychotherapist with over 25 years of professional work experience.

My approach is integrative and culturally attuned, incorporating mind/body-based therapies. However, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
