I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. I have a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of NC at Charlotte. I have 15 years of experience counseling in a variety of settings.
I enjoy helping individuals find motivation within themselves to change their lives, circumstances and/or relationships for the better. I assist individuals to identify the choices they can make in their own lives to reach their desired goals and pursue their dreams. I use Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy and provide a safe supportive environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves and their needs.
