Welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Emily Graham and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work in 2018 and Master of Social Work in 2019, both obtained at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have experience in community mental health, along with private practice and in school settings. I have worked with individuals (adults and children), families, and facilitated groups. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychoeducation, and mindfulness practice. An integrated approach can be utilized as well. I am known for being a good listener, caring, sensitive, and providing a relaxed feel to therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also recognize how important building rapport and trust are along with sharing information in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I usually check messages twice each day M-F. I offer messaging, live chat, phone sessions and video sessions. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability so you always want to check that out with me through messaging first.
