About

I am a fully licensed clinical social worker. My graduate degree is in social work and my undergraduate degree is in psychology. I felt that this is important to highlight due to being trained to understand the important of diagnoses and etiology, but also viewing mental health concerns from an hospital standpoint. As a practicing clinical social worker, I have learned the value and importance of clients need to be heard within a safe and open setting. It is important to me to be a positive support for those that are going through a difficult time.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, adoptive and foster families, and adults with severe persistent mental illness (SPMI)s.

You may feel that your thoughts and feelings are not justified, but I hope through talk therapy, positive self-talk, and immersing yourself in a positive environment that you will begin to be the embodiment of strength and healing.
