About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and I have been providing counseling services to those that are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. I've also worked with individuals that are experiencing issues related to family relationships. I have primarily worked with children, teens, parents, and young adults.
I utilize a person centered approach in my sessions and I've also had experience and training utilizing trauma focused cognitive behavioral approaches. I believe that we all have answers within ourselves to heal and be the best person that we can be. I work with individuals where they are at and help identify what their needs are and how to meet them. I am empathetic, warm, caring, and I truly want the best for all of my clients.
