I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 14 years of experience working in this field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional trauma and abuse. My counseling style and approach really depend on the client and what best fits the situation. Person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT have been my main approach and style.
