I am a client -centered, Licensed Professional Counselor, who believes very strongly in the therapeutic relationship being an integral part of the healing process. I have been a therapist for over ten years working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, familial issues, couples issues and parenting issues.

My counseling style is tailored to the needs of my clients and their unique situation and struggles. I believe very strongly in building rapport with clients in a non-judgmental empathetic safe space to address their concerns.

My therapeutic approach, again, is tailored to the needs of my clients. I use a wide range of theories including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Rogarian, Junian, Gottman, and Motivational Interviewing.
