I believe we each author our own story—my job is to help you write it. I’m a Midwestern native, but have lived on both coasts, and currently reside in sunny Savannah, GA! I’ve spent a dozen years counseling, as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate psychology and counseling courses. My passion is to empower my clients to move beyond fixing what is wrong to creating what is right. I draw from many theoretical perspectives, but a main focus is understanding our context and our inner narrative. When I’m not counseling, you can find me at the beach, hanging with my giant dog, at the gym, or traveling!
