Hello! In 2019 I graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and starting working full time for an in person practice. I am now fully licensed in the State of Georgia and through my years of experience have come to find that I work well offering telehealth services.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, relationship & communication issues, grief/loss, & coping with various life changes.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. My theoretical approach to helping clients is a combination of a Humanistic (person-centered/individualized) approach with a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skillset to help clients find clarity and self-awareness on how their thoughts, feelings, and actions impact their situations and patterns.
