Hello there, I am Christie. I am so happy you are here! I look forward to working with you and your family. I believe that communication--albeit one word--is the foundation to all relationships. Did you know that 65 percent of our communication is nonverbal? My goal is to assist you with learning your family patterns and how to negotiate/resolve conflict so you can become a congruent communicator. I am happy to assist you work through any anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse & relapse prevention, grief/trauma, and bipolar disorders.
