Hi! I provide guidance, support and insight to adults, children and parents who are navigating challenging situations. Remember, you are the expert on yourself, your child and your family. My role is to facilitate a partnership to ensure optimal treatment. My approach is fun, inviting, genuine, nonjudgmental and safe, which promotes self-love, growth and self-discovery.

I also specialize in working with children & adolescents who are exhibiting developmental delays, aggression, defiance, emotional outbursts, lack of impulse control and inattention.
