About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years in the human services field with almost 15 of those years being in clinical work. I have worked with all ages from age 4/5 to age 75+ dealing with a range of mental health, addiction, and developmental disorders. I do not see myself as the expert over your life. You are your own expert and you teach me how to help you create the life you want. I will do my best to listen to you and utilize a variety of modalities to help you reach your goals. What you get out of therapy will directly connect to the amount of work you put into it.
