Hello! I’m Chani. Are you consistently finding yourself at an impasse where mental health meets physical health? Do symptoms of Depression, Anxiety or Trauma impact your ability to engage in physical activity? Do you self-sabotage wellness goals and remain stuck in old habits? Do you long for a better relationship with your body? I help women of all ages find direction, motivation and healing in that place where mental health meets physical health. From physical health-minded individuals seeking performance improvement or coping with being sidelined due to injury or illness, to women who battle chronic health conditions, obesity and addictions, to coping with the emotional impact of terminal illness; I utilize evidence-based therapeutic skills to empower women on their individual journeys. Many women live in painful, strained and oftentimes, abusive relationships with their bodies and minds. It is my passion to help you heal those internal relationships with yourself, from the inside, out.
