I have a Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) Supervisor in Texas. I have over sixteen years of experience providing therapy and my specialties include Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. I am a certified EMDR provider. I use a cognitive behavioral, solution-focused approach to help individuals to identify and change negative thought patterns while finding ways to utilize their existing strengths. It is so important to have someone to walk by your side when facing stressful, painful life events and emotional issues and I would be honored to walk alongside you by providing support and a safe place to heal and move forward.
