I challenge you while celebrating the changes you are making in your life. I help you to look at your concerns from a different perspective. I can help you identify your roadblocks as you move in the direction of becoming the person you want to be. I am not the typical therapist in that I do not use a cookie cutter approach to treatment. I like to work with my clients in a way that empowers them while challenging their thinking patterns to change the behaviors that are no longer serving them. With over 30 years of experience, I have developed an expertise in substance abuse, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, borderline personality disorders and high functioning autism spectrum disorder. I utilize action methods with traditional therapy techniques to help you explore and break through the thought processes and behaviors that are holding you back from being the person you want to be. Through a collaborative approach, I meet you where you are at and assist your growth.
