Howdy! My name is Sarah Jane Ryan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, Texas. I am a client-centered therapist who is warm, empathetic, and has a knack for picking up on patterns. I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to unpack, explore, learn, and grow. I have worked with young people and parents for nearly twenty years, but recently started working with adults and couples. I have experience assisting individuals struggling with chronic anxiety or depression, experienced a traumatic event, and couples who are working to repair their marriage/relationship. When I am not working I enjoy baking, running, playing my ukulele, reading, listening to records, and being creative. I love traveling and exploring with my husband and giving all the kisses and belly rubs to my pups, Pepper and Sugar.
