Hi there, I'm Ashley! Hello! I'm Ashley Prueitt and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist. In therapy, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and rational emotive behavior therapy to focus on building a strong rapport in a safe and supportive environment. My approach My approach to treatment is customized to accommodate the client's needs and goals for treatment. My focus I specialize in working with individuals and families in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, workplace issues, stress, and anger management, as well as work-life balance strategies and relationship difficulties. My communication style I focus on working with clients to create a warm, non-judgmental, and empowering collaborative alliance in which we can work together to alleviate symptoms, create awareness, and form new habits that are in line with the client’s values and goals for life. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to therapy based on my curiosity about human behaviors and emotions. I am passionate about my work and giving all my clients a space to explore their emotions and behaviors in a safe environment without judgment.
