I am a compassionate & empathic LMFT, PPS with over 20 years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My clients have dealt with a wide range of challenges like anxiety, depression, Bipolar, substance use to academic/career issues as well as infidelity in relationships and communication issues. My client centered & wholistic approach to therapy incorporates the structure of applied behavioral science and ViniYoga healing arts with the psychology of Acceptance Commitment Therapy with elements of Solution-Focused and Motivational counseling supporting clients reaching goals.
