About

You will first find me authentic and intentional. More than just skills and a background full of education, I find it important to display high sensitivity, be an active listener, stay focused on your story and be in tune with your strengths. I want you to know you to know you are seen, known and pursued. I am intentional about each individual I encounter, aiming to show them they are loved and they fiercely matter.

I am also an art therapist, which I have found to be a great outlet for healing. I have an extensive history working with eating disorders and trauma. I also have worked with sexual abuse, assault and human trafficking along with a variety of other trauma's and general mental health issues. I often draw upon Cognitive Processing Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, depending on what is the best fit for the client.
