About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of experience ranging from inpatient, crisis work, and partial hospitalization, to outpatient mental health care. Most of my experience is with adolescents and young adults. I have experience working with adolescents with school refusal, anxiety, depression, social issues, and self-harming behaviors. In addition, I have experience working with adults who have dealt with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, and other mental health concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I provide a safe, trusting, and empathetic environment to allow my clients to process different concerns that they are experiencing in their lives. I hope to help you explore life's obstacles and experience life in new ways.
