I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I earned my Master of Social Work degree at Loyola University in Chicago. I have over 20 years of experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, stress, life changes, and grief. The most important part of therapy is finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with. I will provide you with a therapeutic relationship based on non-judgmental support, compassion, and trust so that you feel comfortable discussing your struggles. Together we can identify areas where change can bring relief from the symptoms you are experiencing. I will provide honest feedback and therapeutic intervention to help you move forward.
