Hi there, I'm Dr. Hannon. Do you feel overwhelmed by all the roles and responsibilities you have to juggle? Do you struggle to find time for your relationships and your personal hobbies and needs? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help women identify what's missing from their lives, while empowering them to vocalize their needs and set healthy boundaries in their relationships. We'll collaborate in sessions to strengthen your sense of self and purpose, and align with your core values. Whether you're dealing with anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, or just feeling lost and overwhelmed, I'm here to help. Therapy can be uncomfortable and scary at times, but I'll be here to support and encourage you as you gain your footing.
