I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a passionate partner in your healing process. As a clinician, I believe strongly in meeting you where you are. Even if it is a place you have never opened the doors for another. I gained my education at New York University and have experience working in many major diverse communities across the United States. This practice experience and armed me with the humility to connect with all cultures, intersections, and identities. Collaboratively we will spark change through evidence based modalities tailored to your needs. I will actively listen offering reframing, reflecting, clarifying, and challenging maladaptive patterns. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Mindfulness.
