Nice to meet you! My name is Colleen Gardner and I am a LPC. I have a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University where I fell in love with the field of counseling. I have been licensed since 2011 and enjoy helping others explore and grow in ways that make them feel happy and whole.
I use a variety of counseling techniques to help you reach your goals and vary the approaches based on what your needs are. All of these techniques look at how we can reduce unwanted emotions, focus on the here and now, and make positive changes in our lives.
