Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and also a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Walden University as well as a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Tiffany’s clinical experience includes counseling adolescents (age 13 and up), adults, couples and families. She has expertise in the areas of relationship issues, reconciliation (with self and others), anxiety, depression and Women’s Issues. Tiffany provides individual counseling, couples therapy, family counseling as well as group counseling.
​Tiffany believes therapy provides a therapeutic relationship where you can explore issues and work towards personal growth and healing in order to reach personal self goals. Her aim is to walk alongside her clients in order to guide and support them in making healthy decisions and remove obstacles and challenges that they are faced with in their daily life.
​Tiffany believes that each individual is uniquely and wonderfully made. She practices from a background of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which can be tailored to meet each individuals many different needs in working towards healing.
​Tiffany’s experience in counseling comes from a background of working within Christian faith-based organizations. This enables her to offer her education and experience in integration of psychology and theology for those who desire Christian counseling. However, she sees clients from all backgrounds and respect the views of each individual client.
