My name is Adrian Sago and I have 7 years of experience doing individual, group and family therapy. I attended Paine College in Augusta, GA where I received a B.A. in Psychology. Then I attended Alabama A & M University in Normal, AL, where I earned my M.S in Counseling Psychology.

I have a solid background in treating symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, Mood Swings, Low Self-Esteem and Lack of Concentration. I am well versed in theoretical approaches that included Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. In sessions, I implement therapeutic methods such as meditation, mindfulness, grounding and self-esteem techniques to manage stress and anxiety.

Among my professional accolades, I take great pride in being a compassionate, humble and highly motivated person. I believe in meeting the client where they are, to help tackle life challenges to achieve overall wellness. I will adjust and use different techniques/skills to fit the client's personal situation. I know how hard it can be to share your doubts to someone and I acknowledge you taking this step to better mental health.
