My 15+ years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor has allowed me to develop a perspective and appreciation of how challenges impact whole person. I offer adults short-term counseling interventions in an effort to increase self-awareness, promote the development and utilization of life skills, and encourage the use stress management and self-care tools to achieve overall wellness. I specialize in offering workplace support to employees through Employee Assistance Programs and am passionate about stress management education.

My approach is empathetic, educational, and collaborative in an effort to promote your personal growth. I believe you have the capability to work towards your counseling goals and encourage use of your existing strengths and abilities to propel you forward on your journey.
