Personal Statement

Let us journey together with compassion and forgiveness to heal your pain and unglue your stuckness. I offer you space and tools you can use to accept yourself and your situation, and to move forward with greater ease, energy and healing.

I bring over 10 years of teaching CBT and DBT skills to hundreds of people. Also, I use the mindful art of Focusing, an experiential practice of turning attention inward, listening compassionately to how your current distress feels and what it needs to feel better. When we together stay with your places of distress with curiosity and without judgement, new insights and steps emerge.

You deserve to step forward in your life with greater ease and energy. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am certified as a Focusing-Oriented Therapist by The Focusing Institute.
