Personal Statement

It is frustrating to have the same old argument again and again. Are you tired of feeling unloved, unappreciated, or invisible? You don’t feel good and you want to feel happy and connected again. When you first got together, you were full of happiness and joy. You were finishing each other’s sentences, full of love and excitement. You could not wait to see each other, and could not imagine being apart from each other. It seems like lately, however, it is a struggle to just have a simple conversation without worrying about getting into another disagreement and not getting your needs met. It’s impacting your mood, your sleep, your work, and your relationship.

Whenever you start to talk, instead of the playful little conversations that you used to have, it seems like you are having the same old arguments again and again. It feels like you are stuck in time and cannot do anything about it. You don’t even talk to each other as much anymore because what’s the point?

You might be thinking – “Some days it is just hard for me to be in the same room with my partner. I struggle with trusting my partner. I don’t know if my partner listens to me. I don’t even know if my partner still cares about me. Am I still enough for my partner?”

And some days, you wonder if this is ever going to get better.

It is normal for relationships to go through some ups and downs. Relationships are the place we go to seek support, safety and connection. When our relationship is not going well, it can feel like the whole world is crumbling. Everything becomes more challenging. And of course you want to be heard, accepted, and loved!

And, it makes sense that you want to be able to trust your partner and want the two of you to be laughing and joking and being playful around each other again.

You deserve to have the relationship that you want. You deserve happiness. What I know is that with some strategies and skills and the help of an unbiased third party, you can reconnect again.
