Personal Statement

I am a licensed professional counselor, serving children, adolescents, and adults. My specialties include parenting skills, ADHD, and general mental health concerns. Many of these health concerns can lead to anxiety, stress, or depression. I use my expertise and training to provide outcome based counseling that will diminish the impact of these symptoms. I want to help you find a better way of living.

I evaluated, diagnosed and treated most mental health issues ranging from depression and anxiety to severe bipolar and schizophrenia. I assisted the patient in making a comprehensive treatment plan and helped them to work towards goals to better themselves and life in general.

I am a caring, direct and active therapist, especially with my children and adolescents. Many patients who work with me repeatedly say "she inspires me, is compassionate and keeps my goals in mind as we work."
