I offer mental health counseling out of my home office or via telehealth. I offer an easy going approach that utilizes humor and honesty to help get you the insight and support you need. I am certified in EMDR and I have a lot of experience with trauma of all kinds. I also have an in depth knowledge of addiction and recovery issues. I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate as many people as possible. I believe our ability to heal is one of the greatest gifts we have, and I hope to be able to help you on this journey.
