I am trained to identify various mental health conditions; and to stabilize situations that may be related simply to stress or extenuating circumstances. I am committed to providing you with convenient solutions and answers to your questions or concerns. I believe in focusing on your strengths, and maximizing your support systems. I see counseling as a tool to bring out the best in you!

I specialize in crisis counseling, mood disorders, communication skills, trauma, and family violence. I welcome populations of diverse cultures and identities. Interpreters are welcome.
