Personal Statement

We are a private practice group and team of experienced therapists dedicated to supporting clients of ALL AGES in wellness and recovery. Treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, panic disorders, OCD, behavioral issues, trauma, family & relational issues, personality disorders, anger issues, codependency, & other interpersonal issues. We offer individual, couples, & family counseling; substance abuse education, recovery counseling, co-occurring counseling (for both mental health & substance issues), assessment, etc.

It is our goal to provide an individualized & integrated approach to counseling. Whether you are looking for a specific form of therapy or a specialist, our comprehensive team offers a wide scope of practice built off empathy & the therapeutic alliance. We focus on the individual goals necessary to be successful in mental health/wellness and/or recovery. Focus on addressing the root causes of symptoms and the ability for change. Whether seeking help for mental health or addiction, clients discover new ways of thinking, coping, and behaving for more positive outcomes & instillation of hope.

Our therapists offer an individualized approach with a focus on healing from depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, grief, loss, substance abuse issues/addiction, stages of relapse & recovery, & other interpersonal issues. Focus not just on the individual, on but their family systems and the social, emotional, & behavioral areas. Focus on mental health; building a foundation for self-esteem, positivity, etc. We have both male & female therapists available.
