Personal Statement
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who specializes in helping people who struggle with social anxiety. People who struggle with social anxiety have a desire to socialize with others but experience a lot of discomfort doing so.
Sometimes they report experiencing panic attacks in large social gatherings.
I teach people who struggle with social anxiety how to become desensitized to triggering social situations, and practice being calm and focused while socializing with others.
I have been providing psychotherapeutic services for 21 years. I am nonjudgmental and I look forward to helping you in your journey.
