As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in relationship dynamics and dysfunctions. You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, dealing with a dysfunctional relationship, suffering from inter-generational family trauma, or traumatic stress from a current or past relationship. I help you manage and improve your quality of life.

Since 2013, I have walked alongside individuals and couples, offering a safe space to talk about relationship challenges, life transitions, or barriers where vulnerability can occur that allows free expression of oneself without judgment.
