Personal Statement

The natural progression of life events has led me down the path to serve people. My own experiences both from difficulties and successes and from my formal education enable me to share the gifts which these events have bestowed upon me. I cannot imagine any other profession which better suits my abilities or values.

We are fortunate to live in one of the most energetic yet warm and welcoming neighborhoods of greater Seattle. Having maintained our own unique personality for over 100 years, we have evolved into a culturally diverse, urban neighborhood from historic roots. I extend the welcoming nature of Ballard to my therapy practice and invite you to experience the potential for true change and deep meaning through the privileged relationship of therapy.

I am a licensed, Masters level psychotherapist and am located in the heart of Ballard. I'm pleased to offer you psychotherapy services to you as an individual, couple or part of a family with expertise ranging from addiction recovery to relationship issues to grief and loss.
