Personal Statement

If you need to talk to someone, don't wait. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 yrs experience working with children, teens, families and adults of all ages specializing in treating a variety of issues including addictions, anxiety, depression, behavior problems, bipolar disorder, struggling teens, couples and adults of all ages.

I believe my purpose is to help you find yours. After starting my own recovery from addiction in my early 20's, I realized there was so much information available that I was unaware even existed. My single most important goal at that point was to help others learn as much as possible to avoid the pain and suffering that comes with not knowing.

Along my educational and recovery journey I discovered how troubling mental and behavioral health issues are for so many. I learned that the predictable behaviors associated with mental health and/or addiction are challenges with clues for helping and healing, not judgement. Together I believe we can find the fastest track to your best, most healthy self.
